Purchases made in-store

All sales are final. Custom carpets are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. In-stock items may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value within seven (7) days of purchase. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our carpets, dimensions are approximate, and colour variations may occur.

Purchases made online

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased through our website. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our sales process and ensure customer satisfaction with the products they select.
